I'm Ian, co-founder of DeepFathom and lead the Future of Auditing work package for CQI / IRCA, representing them in the AIQI Consortium.

My work explores how organisational behaviours, decision-making and control environments influence business value, capability and risk. By combining systematic and systemic science with AI, I’ve developed an audit methodology that reveals what is really happening inside organisations through everyday human interactions.

This transforms conformance auditing into a strategic management tool — reporting against standards while also identifying the hidden risks, behaviours and systemic issues that affect business objectives, resilience and performance.
